• Teach elementary school students individually and in groups in Spanish, adapting teaching methods to meet varying needs and interests.
• Establish clear objectives for lessons that guide learning toward state curriculum goals.
• Create a classroom environment that engages and supports all students.
• Use a variety of instructional materials and media to promote language acquisition and cultural understanding.
• Evaluate student learning, maintain appropriate expectations, provide feedback, and revise instruction accordingly.
• Effectively communicate with students, parents, and the community.

• Native or like-native fluency in Spanish.
• VA teaching license.
• Bachelor's degree or higher (or foreign equivalent) in education, Spanish, or related field.
• Requires U.S. work authorization.
