Revenue Analyst
We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to support invoicing, cash application, collections, and accounts receivable activities for our team. This role will help maintain accurate financial records, strengthen billing and payment processes, and provide reporting that improves visibility into revenue performance and customer payment trends. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of revenue-related accounting practices.
Responsibilities include preparing and issuing customer invoices on schedule, maintaining accurate customer account records, applying incoming payments to the correct accounts promptly, monitoring deductions and chargebacks, calculating monthly commission payouts for brokers and sales partners, producing aging reports, analyzing customer payment patterns, and supporting management with insights on payment terms, credit practices, and collection strategies.
