We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our leadership team.

About the Role The Finance Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the finance and insurance process while ensuring compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements. This individual works closely with the Sales Team to structure financing, present protection products, maximize profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a proven automotive finance professional with strong leadership, communication, and closing skills.

Structure vehicle financing and leasing options to meet customer needs.

Secure financing through approved lending institutions.

Maintain full compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations.

Maximize finance and insurance product penetration while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Review and finalize all finance documentation accurately.

Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.

Develop relationships with lending institutions and manufacturer finance partners.

Monitor funding status and resolve contract issues promptly.

Stay current on lender programs, manufacturer incentives, and compliance requirements.

Help achieve dealership profitability and customer satisfaction goals.

Compensation Competitive Compensation + Performance-Based Incentives Compensation is based on experience, production, and dealership pay plan.

Qualifications Previous automotive Finance Manager experience required.

Proven success in automotive finance and insurance sales.

Strong knowledge of automotive lending, leasing, and F&I products.

Thorough understanding of federal, state, and lender compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Experience using dealership management systems and finance software.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
