Maintaining cleanliness of all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils by washing and sanitizing;
Maintaining dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas;
Ensuring equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management;
Performing other light maintenance and custodial tasks;
Maintaining excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
