ABOUT INTERCHANGE

Inter Change Group is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley (Mt. Crawford / Harrisonburg), offering warehousing, logistics, and development services across both temperature-controlled (cold) and dry storage environments. Our operations run on the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS), and our technology team partners closely with warehouse operations to keep products moving safely, accurately, and efficiently for a diverse base of customers — living out our promise of “Our Expertise.

Your Value.”

POSITION OVERVIEW

Inter Change Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to serve as the primary Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) resource supporting cold and dry storage operations. This hands‑on, individual-contributor role pairs deep Blue Yonder configuration and development (MOCA/SQL, Lext Edit) with day‑to‑day partnership alongside operations leadership — translating floor-level needs into reliable, scalable system solutions while mentoring other members of the team.
