Jobtailor is seeking a IT/WMS support professional to partner with warehouse operations and IT to configure and optimize the Blue Yonder WMS for cold and dry storage. You will manage tickets, troubleshoot system issues, and participate in after‑hours on‑call support, while collaborating with external vendors.
You will bring data analysis skills, MS Windows/Office proficiency, and willingness to engage with 3PL and cloud platforms such as Azure. Travel to remote facilities may be required.
