Junior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure the WMS is properly configured, maintained, and optimized for cold and dry storage operations.
• Serve as a day-to-day liaison between warehouse operations and IT, communicating clearly with leadership, functional teams, and external vendors and customers.
• Create and manage project and break‑fix tickets in the ticketing system, prioritizing by need and urgency and taking appropriate action.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and resolving data discrepancies.
• Participate in an On‑call Rotation for after‑hours support.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving system configuration, integrations, MOCA/SQL queries, and overall system performance.
• Assist in and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, upgrades, and changes.
• Adhere to change‑management protocols.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Build and maintain working knowledge of business processes and the systemic use of the Blue Yonder family of products.
• Develop an understanding of complex systems and integrations.
• Envision ways in which business systems can advance organizational goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
• Exemplify the Inter Change Group Work Principles.

• 2+ years of study in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong data analysis and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, Android, and common desktop applications.
• Flexibility to act quickly and make changes in short time frames to support operations.
• Willingness to work with outside vendors for IT assistance as needed.
• An appreciation for the value of IT in a warehouse / distribution environment.
• Willingness to work occasional after‑hours and weekends.
• Openness to occasional travel to remote facilities as required.
• Experience in third‑party logistics (3PL) (preferred).
• Experience with the Blue Yonder family of products (WMS) (preferred).
• Exposure to SQL and/or MOCA commands (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred).
• Experience with Lext Edit or a similar tool (preferred).
• Experience with the Blue Yonder Trace Profiler (preferred).
