- Good experience in HTML, CSS, Java script / JQuery
- Qucik learner
- Ready to get trained and adapt to cutting edge technologies (Ruby on Rails)
- Hands on experience in Database (MySQL/SQL, etc)
- Experience in database design would be nice
- Hands on experience in delivering mission critical projects to demanding customers
- Hands on experience in SDLC
- Fair Team/project management experience
- Complete ownership and exhibit leadership qualities
- Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.
- Excellent client interaction background with Smart, Innovative, Enthusiastic, Proactive
