$16.25 – $20.78 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

• Provide safe, smooth transportation for residents across campus using the Outdoor Shuttle.
• Conduct friendly one‑on‑one interactions and make each trip comfortable and enjoyable.
• Drive off‑campus to transport residents to Life Enrichment (LE) programs and activities.
• Work closely with the LE team to support and enhance programs and events, both on and off campus.

• 8.5–20 hours a week
• Some evenings and weekends
• On‑campus shuttle on Fridays from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

• High School diploma or equivalent; CDL required; current Virginia driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physically able to maneuver in small spaces while performing wheelchair lockdowns;
  First Aid and CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Positive personality; ability to collaborate calmly, cooperatively, and professionally.
• Exceptional customer service orientation, in person and by phone.
• Self‑motivated; capable of working independently with limited supervision and effective teamwork.
