Site Manager

Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Site Manager to join our team in Harrisonburg, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and analytical reports.
• Coordinate project activities with contractor and Government representatives, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Conduct fact-finding for special projects and respond promptly to Government inquiries.
• Present oral briefings to USCIS management officials.
• Prepare and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proactively inform the Government of significant issues and respond with corrective actions.
• Identify and recommend new approaches to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance processes.
• Respond to NRC meeting requests within 2 hours.
• Address operational concerns and analyze training needs.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and policies.

Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen and able to pass a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in program management, business/public administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or a related field; PMP certification may substitute for a degree.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, or related quality improvement methodologies are a plus.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience, managing or leading personnel.
• Experience addressing operational issues and monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a Government contracts environment is advantageous.
• Supervision of 200+ personnel and experience with union labor is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct fact-finding for projects.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check (credit, criminal, DMV).
