What You ll Do
  • Perform MIG and stick welding on precast forms, steel embeds, and plant equipment
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair piping systems used in production (air, water, hydraulic lines)
  • Cut, fit, align, and install pipe, valves, and fittings to support plant operations
  • Modify, repair, and maintain steel forms used in precast concrete production
  • Inspect welds and completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs to minimize downtime
  • Safely operate welding equipment, torches, grinders, and hand tools
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What You ll Need
  • Experience with MIG and/or stick welding in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Pipe fitting experience (cutting, threading, aligning, installing pipe systems)
  • Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and basic schematics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, kneeling for extended periods)
Your Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Vocational Degree Preferred
