Farmer Focus is hiring a Refrigeration Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial ammonia refrigeration systems at the Acorn Plant. You will work on compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and controls, supporting safe operation and production continuity.
The role requires 5+ years in industrial refrigeration, strong knowledge of PSM/RMP, and the ability to read blueprints and repair manuals. On-site, 2nd shift, with overtime and safety responsibilities.
