Farmer Focus in Liberty Plant is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair its industrial ammonia refrigeration systems. You will monitor compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and controls to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
Qualified candidates have 5+ years of refrigeration experience, knowledge of PSM/RMP, and the ability to train teammates while upholding company safety standards. This is an on-site, full-time role with overtime as needed.
