Press Assistants perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the equipment to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. This position offers the opportunity to promote quickly to Press Operator. We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful.

$23.10 (Base $21.00 + 10% Shift Differential)

Night shift: 6pm-6am Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun, Wed, Thurs

• Set up and adjusts machines for production runs
• Troubleshoot
• Operate binding/finishing/packing equipment
• Coordinate job for crew members
• Assist in training new employees
• Receive training to help advance your career

• Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to achieve forklift certification through in house training
• Ability and desire to learn and work with others in a teamwork environment
• Machine experience and/or strong mechanical aptitude required
