  This person ensures accurate load preparation, identification, and consolidation for shipping operations.
• Tech Stack: COMN system

• Equipment Operation:
  Manage the operation of stretch wrapping equipment to secure loads.
• Labeling & Identification:
  Attach identifying tags or labels to materials and containers, placing labels on the outside of stretch wrap.
• System Adjustment & Verification:
  Verify load counts and make necessary adjustments within the COMN system.
• Load Consolidation:
  Combine jobs on a pallet when requested by customers.
• Quality & Maintenance:
  Repair damaged loads and maintain housekeeping in the stretch wrapper area.

• Background:
  Entry-Level with good knowledge of shipping layout, item identification codes, and basic shipping procedures.
• Experience:
  
  Proficiency in using shrink-wrap and strapping equipment, powered lift equipment, and related tools. Skill in operating a forklift truck may be required.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, capacity to stand or sit for extended periods, and aptitude for working in a manufacturing environment.
• Bonus:
  Willingness to participate in cross-training to achieve qualified status and serve as a back-up for lateral and progressive roles.
