Farmer Focus is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Liberty Plant, on-site with the 1st shift. This role leads the cone line debone operations, ensuring GMP, HACCP, safety, and quality compliance while driving continuous improvement and strong production performance.
You will mentor ~40 team members, coordinate line activities, report metrics to the superintendent, and partner with maintenance and external vendors to maintain safe, efficient operations.
