Select Genetics is a leading poultry genetics and hatchery company seeking a Back Crew Laborer to support day-to-day hatchery operations. You will transfer eggs, move poults, and assist various departments to keep production flowing efficiently. A focus on safety, PPE, and teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities include pulling orders for the next day, operating the tray washer, and assisting with maintenance activities. Prior experience is welcome, and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
