Employment TypeFull‑time
Responsibilities- Discipleship of college students through one‑on‑one meetings, Bible studies, and family gatherings.
- Leadership development for Christ‑centered leaders.
- Participation in a family‑oriented culture, including generous vacation time, monthly retreat days, and mental health resources.
- Support of CMOV’s ministry fundraising and invitation of others into the ministry, with hands‑on guidance throughout the process.
- Alignment with a Christ‑centered vision and a purposeful ministry calling.
- Experience engaging college students and fostering discipleship.
- Ability to build and maintain supportive relationships with fellow Campus Ministers and executive staff.
- Willingness to work full‑time in Harrisonburg, VA.
