* * The Diabetes Care and Education Specialist - RN serves as an expert clinical resource for clinical staff and healthcare providers in the inpatient and outpatient settings to include support groups. The Diabetes Care and Education Specialist - RN  plans and coordinates care and education for patients with diabetes across a continuum in collaboration with other disciplines, community agencies and organizations subsidiaries.#

* ** Bachelors degree - Nursing (Required) or
* Bachelors degree - Dietitian#
** Certification/Licensure
*** Registered Nurse licenseor
* Registered Dietitian#
** Experience
* ** Two or more years working with diabetic patients.
