LPN Coordinator

Overview

LPN Coordinator – Harrisonburg, VA.

Assists the practice management team in coordinating the clinical staff and work environment to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Provides clinical direction to nursing staff and clinic support staff, monitors clinical competencies, and develops work schedules for clinical staff. Assists the Practice Manager in evaluating annual performance reviews for clinical staff.

First (Days) – Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Up to $8,000 for qualifying candidates.

• Two years of nursing experience.
• Active LPN license (VA or Compact).
• Trade School Graduate – Licensed Practical Nurse.
• BLS and AED certification.
