** Overview:
** Overview The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making, staff development, and program implementation, while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Coordinate and allocate patient care resources to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
* Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care.
* Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients.
* Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership regarding complex or sensitive situations.
* Assist in the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.
* Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
* Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
* Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.
* Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.

Certification/Licensure
* RN license in state of practice required.
* BLS required within 30 days of hire Experience
* 2 years Home Health and Hospice experience required.
* 2 years Home Infusion experience required.
