• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and monitor cardiac, respiratory, and neurological status.
• Administer medications, manage complex IV therapies, and operate life-support equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide critical support during emergencies and rapid-response situations.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and changes accurately in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs.

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in high-pressure scenarios.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and collaborating healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health records and technical ICU equipment.

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
