Responsibilities
Perform golf club repairs, including but not limited to re‑gripping, re‑shafting, loft and lie adjustments. Perform club fitting and club performance modifications using club fitting equipment. Provide product and service recommendations according to customer needs. Manage workflow for all customer services including establishing turn‑around times to meet customer needs. Consistently promote company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard, and Private Label Credit Card.
Manage golf service supply inventory by accurately tracking shop usage. Complete, organize, and store all customers’ work orders. Provide a high level of customer service within the golf area. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation by ensuring that product is on the sales floor at proper inventory levels and is maintained to daily standards. Maintain and participate in all recovery and cleanliness standards.
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all company information. Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour). Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
