Guide and direct zone operations including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.;
Oversee store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs in the assigned zone.;
Manage merchandise planning, receiving, and proper stocking of the sales floor.;
Coordinate scheduling and staffing for unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor to optimize associate productivity and customer service standards.;
Supervise associates in the zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up; perform zone-related duties including opening/closing the store when needed.
