Store Merchandiser

Join SAS Retail Services as a Travel Store Merchandiser in our Retail Operations team. In this field-based role, you'll travel to assigned retail locations to set shelves, build displays, implement planograms, complete resets, and support new store and remodel projects. Working in a people-first, team-oriented environment, you'll execute audits, ensure on-shelf availability, and maintain merchandising standards for major retailers and CPG brands.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple retail stores within assigned territory or region
• Implement planograms, resets, and new item cut-ins according to client standards
• Build and maintain product displays and promotional endcaps
• Conduct basic audits, inventory checks, and ensure on-shelf availability
• Follow store safety, loss prevention, and company policies
• Communicate project status, issues, and completions via mobile tools or reports
• Collaborate with store staff, team leads, and supervisors to meet deadlines
• Maintain clean, organized, and accurate shelf and signage conditions
• Follow detailed written instructions and visual merchandising guides
• Support new store openings, remodels, and special project work as needed
