Automotive Sales Associate

Harrisonburg Ford is seeking 2 motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate's to join our team.

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features to customers.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales within company guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of current product inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with team members and management to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related retail sales role required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends is a plus.
