Description
Paradise Energy Solutions is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Solar Sales Consultant to help businesses, farms, and homeowners throughout the Mid-Atlantic region discover the benefits of solar energy. This is not an order-taking sales role. Successful Solar Sales Consultants actively build relationships, generate opportunities, and develop a strong network within their communities. While our marketing efforts, referrals, and established reputation endeavor to provide a steady stream of opportunities, you'll also be responsible for creating your own sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community involvement.

What You'll DoRepresent Paradise Energy Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and excellence
Build and maintain relationships with business owners, farmers, homeowners, and community leaders throughout your territory
Generate approximately 50-60% of your own leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community engagement
Follow up on company-generated leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources
Conduct on-site consultations to understand customer goals and energy needs
Educate prospective customers about solar energy, financial returns, available incentives, and long-term value
Collaborate with our estimating team to develop accurate and compelling proposals
Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to a signed contract
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward territory sales goals
Consistently close deals
What We're Looking ForYou have a track record of achieving results in a commission-based sales environment. You understand the discipline, persistence, and accountability required to consistently meet goals and grow a book of business. Previous outside sales experience is required.

Solar Experience a PlusPrevious solar industry experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to invest in the right person who brings strong sales experience and skills, relationship-building ability, and a desire to learn. Candidates from agricultural sales, commercial services, construction, equipment sales, insurance, banking, and other consultative sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
