We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internet Manager to join our growing team and help drive our digital sales efforts.

About the Role The Internet Manager is responsible for managing and developing internet sales opportunities from the initial customer inquiry through the appointment and sales process. This position plays an important role in increasing showroom traffic, improving appointment conversion, and maximizing online sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, comfortable with technology, and understands how to turn internet leads into appointments and sales.

Responsibilities Manage and respond to internet leads in a timely and professional manner Follow up consistently with customers through phone, email, text, and other digital communication Set and maintain appointments while maximizing appointment show rates Monitor lead activity, response times, and conversion performance Work closely with Sales Managers, BDC, and Sales Consultants to maximize opportunities Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM Coach and assist sales team members with internet lead follow-up and best practices Help develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall digital sales performance

Compensation

Salary plus commission

Top performers can earn $100,000+ annually based on performance.

Compensation will be based on experience, performance, and results.

Qualifications Previous automotive dealership, internet sales, BDC, or digital sales experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Proven ability to follow up consistently and convert leads into appointments Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication platforms Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others
