We are looking for motivated, driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing Sales Team.

As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from their initial visit through delivery. You'll build relationships, understand customer needs, present vehicle options, and create an exceptional buying experience.

No automotive sales experience? That's okay. Our team provides comprehensive training designed to help you learn the business, develop your sales skills, and build confidence.

• Greet customers and create a welcoming showroom experience
• Build relationships and identify customer needs, preferences, and budget
• Present Toyota vehicles, features, technology, and benefits
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Assist customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and leads
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer communication and follow-up
• Work closely with Sales Management, BDC, and Finance to provide a seamless customer experience
• Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service

$70,000+ ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE
