Our sales professionals take a consultative approach, helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional purchase and ownership experience. Whether you're experienced in automotive sales or starting a new career, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support needed for success.

* Complete our comprehensive sales and phone skills training program.
* Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
* Build relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending the right vehicle.
* Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
* Assist customers with financing and credit applications.
* Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, and manufacturer programs.
* Help ensure the showroom and vehicle inventory are professionally presented.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.
