Security Officer Enhanced Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities from the front desk area.;
Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating with site contacts regarding arrivals and deliveries.;
Answer phones, manage inquiries, and direct guests, vendors, and/or contractors in a professional manner consistent with location protocols.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.;
Support daily front desk operations within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive screening, recordkeeping, and adherence to post instructions.
