Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures for patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors at a healthcare location;
Monitor entrances and access points, verify identification and/or visitor requirements, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and the perimeter, as needed, to help to deter unauthorized access and support a professional environment
