Full-time. We are currently seeking a skilled Powersports A – B Level Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of powersports vehicles to ensure they are in top condition for our customers. • Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and install accessories on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs and side by sides.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance services to identify potential problems and ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, documenting all repairs and parts used.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper functioning.
• Keep work area clean and organized, following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers, providing updates on repair status and recommendations for additional services.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training or certification in powersports mechanics is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a powersports technician, with A or B level certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles and their systems, including engines, transmissions, fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment, including computerized diagnostic software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
