At Culligan Water of Harrisonburg, we help families and businesses enjoy better, safer water every day. We’re currently seeking a motivated Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair our industry‑leading water treatment equipment in homes and businesses throughout our service area.

• Install, maintain, and upgrade Culligan water treatment systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair water treatment equipment efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Assist with product deliveries and equipment installations as needed
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Provide professional, friendly service that builds lasting customer relationships
• Follow safety standards and company policies
• Participate in an on‑call rotation as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Plumbing, electrical, or mechanical experience a plus—but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
• Ability to lift/move 50–75 lbs. regularly (equipment, salt bags, etc.)
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn new skills
