What You'll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping systems running efficiently and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities include:

* Install, maintain, and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems (rooftop units, furnaces, central AC, and refrigeration equipment)

* Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues with accuracy and efficiency

* Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

* Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and performance

* Uphold high standards of workmanship and safety

* Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For

* 1-5 years of HVAC service and/or installation experience (or equivalent training/education)

* Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills

* Experience with hydronic, steam, forced air, and heat pump systems

* EPA/CFC Certification required

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong communication and documentation skills

* Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening (drug screen, background checks as applicable)

Work Environment &

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on, active role in a commercial setting. You can expect:

* Work in varying weather conditions and job sites

* Frequent standing, climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and physical activity

* Occasional extended driving between job locations

* Exposure to standard construction materials and environments
