Retail Display Installer – Technology

Position Summary

A reliable, detail‑oriented Field Service Representative responsible for installing and updating in‑store displays for leading technology brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

• Respond quickly (within 24hours) to field service management.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date availability.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixtures per planograms and client directives.
• Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain fully functional.
• Participate in early morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure task execution and timelines are met.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment, complete training and certification programs, and maintain compliance with all field‑service standards.

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability from Monday through Friday, with weekend, holiday, and early‑morning availability as required.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10ft, lift up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; ability to use a smartphone to clock in/out, upload photos, download applications, and access the internet.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Preferred: prior retail or merchandising experience, installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to follow planogram directives.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 90miles per assignment.

• $18.00 per hour.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
• Paid training.
• Flexible self‑scheduling and fixed shifts based on availability; maintain a minimum of 20 hours within a rolling 30‑day period.

Work Monday–Friday. Early‑morning hours and holidays may be required based on store/client needs.
