Installer Trainee – Entry-Level (Training Provided)
Culligan Water of Harrisonburg is seeking an Installer Trainee to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently graduated from high school with Vo-Tech training in plumbing, mechanical systems, or a related field—or anyone who is mechanically inclined and ready to learn a trade.
We are willing to train the right candidate and provide a clear path for long‑term growth in the water treatment and installation field.
Position OverviewThis is an entry‑level, hands‑on training role working alongside experienced installers. You will learn the fundamentals of plumbing, equipment installation, and water treatment systems over time with on‑the‑job training and support.
Pay Structure- Trainee starting rate: $17/hour (training level)
- Candidates with plumbing experience: starting at $20/hour
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
