Full Time Facility Maintenance Technician

Salary: $17.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Endless Horizons, providing recreation, hospitality and tourism services, is seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team in Harrisonburg, Virginia. This hands‑on position plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, appearance, and functionality of our various facilities and properties. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working both indoors and outdoors, and takes pride in maintaining high‑quality facilities.

This position supports a variety of maintenance needs across Endless Horizons properties, including facility repairs, landscaping, light construction projects, equipment maintenance and repairs, and preventative maintenance.

General schedule is Monday – Friday 7:30 to 4:00 PM, but work schedules will vary depending on weather, time of the year, business volume and unforeseen repair and maintenance issues.

Experience working in the skill trades is a major plus!

• Ability to operate power tools, mowers, and UTV’s
• Ability to operate construction equipment such as backhoe, skid‑steer, loaders, tractors, etc.
  
  Ability to work independently and follow direction
• Basic vehicle maintenance and repair experience required
• Successful completion of a background check
• Valid CDL Class B Driver’s License preferred
• Elevated or specialized Technicians may be required to have the following qualifications:
  • 7 years of facility maintenance, repair, and construction preferred
  • Documented experience with a variety of building trades such as: framing, plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing/siding, HVAC and drywall
  • Welding/Fabricating experience preferred
