Farmer Focus is seeking a Refrigeration Technician for our on-site plant in Virginia. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ammonia refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related equipment to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
The role requires strong knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, electrical controls, boilers, HVAC, and PSM/RMP compliance. The position is full-time on the second shift with some travel.
