Condo Maintenance Service Technician

Massanutten Resort is looking for dynamic and customer services-oriented individuals to join our team. If you possess these qualities, we encourage you to apply today!

Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work. Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-house work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Must have good communication skills as well as great customer service skills. Four-day workweek including every other weekend off. Good driving record.

Other duties as assigned by management.

• Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff
• General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (required)
• Must be 18 years or older

Week 1:
Work:
Monday (9:00 AM-9:00 PM);
Friday (3:00 PM-9:00 PM);
Saturday through Sunday (9:00 AM-9:00 PM). Off:
Tuesday through Thursday.

Week 2:
Work:
Tuesday through Thursday (9:00 AM-9:00 PM) and Friday (9:00 AM-3:00 PM). Off:
Monday, Saturday & Sunday.

Primarily 9:00 AM-9:00 PM; 1 half day per week. Weekends and Holidays (some required).
