We are looking for an experienced Kia Master Technician to join our team and be part of a brand-new dealership and service facility.

About the Role As a Kia Master Technician, you will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and complex automotive services while maintaining Kia's high standards for quality and workmanship.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a brand-new facility with modern equipment and resources designed to help our technicians work efficiently and grow their careers. ALL TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A TIME-AND-A-HALF PRODUCTION BONUS!

Technicians are rewarded for production with a bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their applicable flat-rate pay on qualifying production above the applicable objective.

Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer equipment Complete repairs according to Kia manufacturer specifications Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs Maintain accurate repair documentation Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow Kia, dealership, and safety procedures

Compensation $80,000+ Earning Potential Based on Experience & Performance Competitive flat-rate pay PLUS a time-and-one-half production bonus for all technicians.

Qualifications Kia Master Technician certification preferred/required based on position Strong automotive diagnostic and repair experience Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer-controlled systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
