** Kia Expert Technician
** who wants to join a growing team and take advantage of a modern facility, new equipment, and a compensation structure that rewards productivity.## About the Role As a Kia Expert Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Kia vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service.

You'll work with modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources while being part of a growing Service Department.###
** ALL TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A TIME-AND-A-HALF PRODUCTION BONUS!
**** Technicians are rewarded for production with a bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their applicable flat-rate pay on qualifying production above the applicable objective.**## Responsibilities
● Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
● Perform Kia-specific diagnostics and repairs
● Complete maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer specifications
● Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs
● Maintain accurate repair documentation
● Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
● Follow Kia, dealership, and safety procedures## Compensation### **$60,000+ Earning Potential Based on Experience & Performance
