As a Market Manager, you’ll support daily operations by managing same day and exception planning needs to maximize fleet productivity, service levels, and driver retention.
- Assign same day freight to maximize revenue, miles, and asset utilization while balancing driver preferences, home time, and network needs.
- Communicate planning strategy clearly to support operational alignment and driver load acceptance.
- Support equipment optimization & partner with Customer Service to resolve service-related issues
