CDL A Truck Drivers Home Weekly $1600-$2000+/WK (Full Time)

Class A drivers are looking for the guarantee of a salary extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly.

• Drivers will pick up loads at DC just outside of Front Royal. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers average $1600-$2000+/WK.
• Drivers will make between 2–4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver who puts boxes that weigh between 1–35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.
• When the driver takes their 34‑hour reset at home they may still be on a load. When their week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.
• Orientation will take place in Dayton, is generally about 2 days. Company pays for transportation, hotel and meals and you are paid $85/Day for orientation.
• After training for 3–5 days (paid at $210/Day) the driver can have their pet and rider with them from first day after training.

Full benefits will start after 60 days and will include:

• Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional or OTR.
• CDL must be in the state of current residence when you apply.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.

May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following, which you may not have in the last three years:

• None with a major traffic violation.
• Preventable rear end.
• No rollovers.

You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle:

• 15+.
• Reckless.
• Following too closely.
• Texting or using handheld device.
