We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department.

About the Role As a Shuttle Driver at Steven Ford, you will provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for customers while their vehicles are being serviced. In addition to transporting customers, you will assist the Service Department with vehicle movement and other operational support to help ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, safety-conscious, and enjoys interacting with people.

Paid Training Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Career Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities Safely  transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced.

Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.

Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle as needed.

Maintain accurate shuttle schedules and transportation logs.

Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and properly maintained.

Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.

Assist the Service Department with moving customer and dealership vehicles.

Support dealership operations with additional duties as assigned.

Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures.

Represent Steven Ford in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Compensation Competitive Hourly Pay Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Clean driving record and ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Ability to assist passengers and perform light physical duties as needed.
