• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations within our service area.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues to the management team.
• Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring that items are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries while minimizing fuel consumption and vehicle wear.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering items with a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing customer inquiries, and representing Town Square positively in the community.
• Utilize technology, such as a mobile app, to manage delivery orders, track deliveries, and communicate with the operations team and customers.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself, other road users, and the goods being transported.
• Report any delivery issues, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions promptly to the management team.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and collect payments when required.
• Assist with other operational tasks as needed, such as organizing delivery items and maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role is an advantage.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive deliveries.
• Physical stamina to load and unload items, often involving lifting and carrying packages of various sizes.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow delivery instructions accurately.
• Familiarity with mobile apps and technology for tracking and managing deliveries is a plus.
