Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Complete accurate nursing documentation using electronic medical records (EMR).Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.

Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.

Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident care planning.

Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Follow infection prevention, safety, and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.
