Job Description

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers/Order Writers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to maximize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to deliver efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Belton, MO) or secondary location (Harrisonville, MO).
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; start by 7:30 am.

Hourly compensation range: $16.00–$17.50.
