Due to continued growth, we are expanding our construction operations and hiring:

• A new Home Finish team ($20‑25 / HOUR TO START)
• A new Home Set Up Crew ($20‑25 / HOUR TO START)
• One additional Site Work specialist ($25‑30 / HOUR TO START)

The Skilled Construction Worker supports the installation and completion of manufactured and modular homes by performing skilled labor in one or more specialized construction areas:
Site Work, Home Set Up & Installation, and Finish Construction
. This role contributes to safe, efficient, and high‑quality project execution by performing technical trade work, supporting crew operations, maintaining jobsite safety, and ensuring construction activities are completed according to plans and company standards.

Each Skilled Construction Worker is assigned a primary trade specialization based on experience and business needs and may be cross‑trained in additional trade areas.

• Hourly, Non‑Exempt
• Pay range varies by trade assignment and experience

Typical ranges:
Finish or Home Set Up: $20.00 – $25.00 hourly, plus incentives!
Site Work / Excavation: $25.00 – $30.00 hourly, plus incentives!

Workers may be assigned to one or more of the following functional areas:

• Site Work / Excavation
• Home Set Up / Installation
• Finish Construction

• Perform skilled construction labor in assigned trade area(s)
