This position is responsible for duties associated with the facilities electrical maintenance as well as general upkeep and maintenance of the operational systems.

• Ensure the smooth running of the building's electrical system and promptly resolve issues that arise.
• Inspect electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and other appliances.
• Install feeders, panels, branch circuits, and motor controls.
• Map, record systems and create & maintain designs of the facilities electrical infrastructure.
• Identify faults or hazards.
• Troubleshoot system failures.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
• Review blueprints to understand wiring placing.
• Provide suggestions for equipment replacement.

• Maintaining and repairing all systems including inflation, electrical, generators, boilers and production equipment.
• Assist in repairing and installing new systems and greenhouses.
• Safely use tools and equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
• Assist with and/or perform additional duties as required by operating needs of the company as directed by management.

• 2 or more years of experience in a similar role. 3-5 years electrical experience/trade school combined
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman license preferred
• Must be able to legally work in the United States and have a valid driver’s license.

• Demonstrated ownership for decisions and actions; facilitates accountability.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the current National Electrical Code.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, showing initiative and good judgement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and requests.
